The core activity of t & a relocation’s immigration department is the legal side of employment: Dutch immigration/labour rules and regulations. Our immigration specialists arrange work permits, Dutch entry visas, (temporary) residence permits and Highly Skilled Migrant procedures on behalf of clients and their employees. The immigration consultant can also take care of related issues, such as the renewal of work permits, applications for residence permits, BSN (citizen service number) and the applications for the 30% tax allowance.

t & a relocation keeps up on a daily basis with changes regarding immigration and Dutch employment issues. We have detailed, up-to-date knowledge of all changes to relevant laws and regulations. Moreover, t & a relocation has well-established contacts with the authorities.

We can advise our clients on the advantages and disadvantages of hiring one candidate compared to another; whether the candidate needs a work permit or a temporary residence permit and which expatriates are eligible for the benefits of the 30% tax ruling. All of the relevant data is stored in a specially designed database, reminding our clients as to whether any of their employee(s) permits need to be renewed, extended or ended.
